Have you ever noticed a small misunderstanding or minor individual differences become a reason for disturbance in any smooth relation??

A loving, caring life partner, a sincere friend, an encouraging colleague, a sibling who always motivates,….., when we have such kind of the right people in our lives, then don’t allow any motive to slip them away or to make that particular relation suffocated. We do avoid toxic people to grow any relation, but what should we do to sustain a relationship strong with the right person? If you are thinking that a relationship needs your effort for being healthy and non-toxic then you are thinking absolutely correct. We have to do so to keep good souls around us. A stress-free bonding not only has a positive impact on our wellbeing, but also becomes a peace of mind to the other one, with whom we are connected. 1. Respect and Acknowledge.

Respect and acknowledge each other, no matter what relation you are holding. Respect each other in terms of feelings, goals of life, privacy, individuality, and also acknowledge others’ achievements, and, efforts. Even though do acknowledge the other one for being here with you and both of you are contributing and making the relationship beautiful and strong.

2. Communication.

Clear and effective communication without ambiguity solves many misunderstandings and misperceptions. Be expressive and let the other person express freely, his or her point of view. Always encourage the two ways of communication rather than one way in which one person is a listener only. While discussing anything keep this thing in your mind that respect the adversary of opinions, it is not necessary that both of you would become agree on the same point. In any relationship, communication is meant to understand individualities in a way to make strong bonding and maintain its health.

3. Trust and Sincerity.

Trust and sincerity are the roots of every relationship. Before expecting sincerity in any bonding makes yourself an example of it. Similarly, be trustworthy before expecting it from others.

4. Stop Judging.

Never try to judge the trust and sincerity of that person with whom you are already in a smooth relationship. Sometimes our judgmental questions show that we are doubting or criticizing the other one’s purity, which obviously wouldn't be bearable for anyone.

5 Constructive Conflicts

If you think that in a healthy relationship you would never face any conflict then you are wrong here. Your relationship is with human beings, not with robots. Disagreements, differences of opinions, and choices are factors that sometimes cause conflicts in any relations. Try to make this conflict constructive rather than destructive. Don’t impose your decisions on the other person. Make decisions with mutual understandings.

As I have mentioned above that our relationship is not with robots, the right person could also make mistakes and could be remained to fail in fulfilling our expectations, so always try to give margin and flexibility to every relationship so that it could breathe.
